Hardware
Technician - does all warranty claim repair work. Gerd's
major manufacturer certifications include IBM, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard
and Okidata. He enjoys spending as many off-hours as possible
with his four children visiting museums, the beach, and
various places of interest around the Carolinas. He and
his kids are also accomplished bike riders.
Due
to Gerd's
superior performance, Higher Learning Systems and it's
sister company, SuperCo Technology, have been elected as
an HP All Star partner for the SOUTHEAST GBU for Q1 2003.
