Standard Club Package

Design fee: $2150, payable after client is pleased with the web site.
Hosting fee: $125/month

Account Executive: One dedicated point of contact committed to keeping your web site current.

Club Homepage: Scanned crest, signature club photo, and site navigation bar with hyperlinks.

Password protection: One universal user id and one universal password. Each member has unique user id and password. Access level controls.

Management contact page: Rosters, phone/fax number, and maximum of ten e-mail boxes for the general manager, staff, and board, ex: johnsmith@yourclub.org.

Activities Calendar Page with hyperlinks connecting dates with activities described in the newsletter.

Four page Club newsletter: (see below for extra page) with unlimited textual updates.

Web Hyperlinks Page: Unlimited number, at client's discretion....PGA, financial news, other pro sports, health, fine dining, local news, Etc.

Information request form (10 fields): Tailored to your specifications, (example: catering information request, employment application, reservation request).
Comprehensive Search Engine registration: Register and update club URL with the top search engines.
Web Site Access Counter, Public or Private: Keeps a running total of site accesses, or "hits".

Directions to Club: An electronic road map shows guests and vendors routes to the club.

Premium Features: Immediately available at competitive pricing. Please note: Some of the following charges are one time setup fees, others are monthly charges. Monthly charges are necessary within a feature's program that requires extra monthly processing time and/or extra bandwidth.

Custom Domain Name: "customername.com (depends on availability): $70 setup fee reserves name for two years.
Club Interactivity Package: Package price $669 setup fee, $48 per month. Features are also available separately at prices marked.

E-mail Broadcast Module: $20 setup fee, $5 per month. Permits management to email updates, notices, and event promotions for membership.

Flash! Alert Module: $125 setup fee, $5 per month. Permits management to immediately create, post, and edit special announcements; course frost closings, special events, etc.

Extra Pages: Each additional page (roughly 8.5" x 14" or legal page size) costs $10 per month plus a one-time setup fee of $10 per page.

Additional E-mail Boxes: $3.00 each per month. Package includes client's choice of names: ex: johndoe@yourclub.org.

Photos or Scanned Images: (captioned, unedited, 25 kb or smaller, in addition to those included in Standard Club Package): $1 ea one time fee.
Edited Images: (cropped, enhanced, captioned, w/unlimited "thumnails", in addition to those included in the Standard Club Package, $3 each, one time fee.

Guaranteed Same Day Service: $100 per month. If we receive your update before 12:00 PM (eastern) we will have the change completed before midnight that business day.

Training: $125 per hour, via telephone. Designed for clients interested in maintaining their own sites.

Brave Heart Plan (We design it, You maintain it!)

Some clubs prefer to maintain their own Web site. For those brave-hearted souls, HLS will design a site to their specifications and provide user friendly site maintenance software. This inexpensive plan saves time, offers staff members the opportunity to instantly post updates or changes, which generally results in more Member hits per day. HLS will design the site for $125 per hour (average design time: 5 hours with client's electronic input). Hosting on our own Web servers for only $99 a month, and provide the maintenance software for $150. This includes five email addresses and 10MB of bandwidth (approximately twenty Web pages). Domain registration fee separate.

Mad Max Plan (You design it, You maintain It!)

For those living on the edge who prefer doing all their own Web design work, HLS will setup the Web site on our Web server for a one time fee of $150 (includes all DNS entries, five email accounts and doman setup) and host it for $99 per month. Domain registration fee separate.

The Rescuers Plan (You call for help, we ride to the rescue!)

If you are dissatisfied with your current site...Or host...HLS is ready to redesign it and/or assume hosting responsibilities, all with our customer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If all you desire is that we host your existing site (10MB maximum, or approximately twenty Web pages), we will be pleased to do so for a one time transfer fee of $25 plus a hosting fee of $99 per month. Should you desire us to improve your site, normal per page setup and hosting prices apply (see "Extra Pages").

HLS' design consultants are nonprofit aware. They will assist you in establishing a club website that is for the benefit of your members, not the general public. HLS understands that your website should be a forum for attracting members to join together, as in using your club's facilities. Posting information that is generally directed to your members on an unprotected web page for the world to view does not serve your members needs.

Because many club members are beginning to use club web pages to make dinner reservations, golf tee times, court times, etc., you may find that having a website is now required.

Whether your club or organization is nonprofit or not, HLS can help you. If you decide to become nonprofit later, we can easily transition your website to be 501(c)(7) compliant.
